I, Evan Margelos, felt as though, NOW was our time to do our part. To give back in a different kind of way. I have created this website to help support the challenges shared in life, despite what “team” you affiliate with. Our stories may not have been written the same, but through here, we can share and support each other as we conquer shared fears and challenges.

  • I’m not guessing — I lived it. A major medical center violated my HIPAA rights and exposed my private health data. When it happened, no agency stepped in. Not the FBI. Not the State’s Attorney. I was given no representation, no guidance, and no protection.

    I only gained access to the proper internal channels because of one thing: my mother works at a Hopkins-affiliated practice. Through that, a representative overseeing her boss's office helped navigate me to the right people — eventually connecting me to the Director of Patient Relations at the Medical Center. My case is still ongoing.

    Most people don’t get that kind of access. Most people are left in the dark.

    Because of this, it became a personal mission to gather and share the information I was never given — the facts, resources, and steps you honestly deserve to know. 4TeamHuman’s goal is to ensure you’re not left alone to face these fights.
